Once again, the pipeline Masters is on this week. The surf is a pounding thumping 15 foot only the experts are out there the best surfers in the world. It's very fun to go down and watch these brave men and women challenge some of the most dangerous surf in the world. Pipeline has claimed more lives than any wave in the world. To do it shallow reef below and massive waves above. If you're going to watch the bonsai pipeline action either for a contest or just for the pure, adrenaline rush of the waves go to try and find parking. if you can rent a bike, it is a nice place to ride along the bike trail and bike to the wave. I have seen waves wash up into the houses knocked down bleachers grandstands for the judges and people off their feet into the ocean.

Although North shore is home to some of the worlds most dangerous waves we do have small wave coves here that are perfect for surf lessons. So surf lessons on Oahu and surf lessons on the North Shore are still possible. It is a good idea, though to take a surf lesson if you do not know where you're going or what you're doing. Otherwise, you could get in a lot of trouble. is it possible to surf in the heart of winter for a surf lesson? Believe it or not it is even if the surf is gigantic over 20 feet.
